Yona for baby photography in the UAE wants to offer the seamless experience for you, your baby, and family. The best way to guarantee this is to make it easy for everyone. We have compiled all questions and info you might need to know before booking your session. Also, feel free to contact us anytime if anything is unclear or for extra information.
You can book your session through WhatsApp anytime. But we encourage you to set your appointment a month before. Please note a minimum of AED 500 of the package price should be paid to our account before the session and the balance on the photo session day. Also, you can pay in cash. Contact us to handle paying the deposit.
Please note if the appointment is canceled less than three days before the session, the deposit is not refundable. For more information, you can check Terms & Conditions page.
The full amount for the session can be paid on the day of the session or in installments if the customer wishes. However, if the full payment is not made, we cannot send the photos to her until the payment is completed.
The session is at the customer’s house, and we go to you for FREE. But we don’t go to those areas

On the day of the session, two people will attend: the photographer and the photographer’s assistant.
We offer this option to receive all photos through emails without editing. You can expect to receive them .20 days after the baby photo session day. Contact us for more information

We do not design the theme according to the customer’s desires; rather, the customer chooses from the list of themes sent to her. However, if the customer wants to change some items in the theme or the décor props, we discuss it until we reach the desired result.
We create the customer’s desired theme if the items are available.
For your setups, props, and wardrobe choices, we will send you a link with all themes, and you can always check our blog as a guide to choosing the best theme for your baby photography.
We provide everything for the baby, including clothes, themes, hair decorations, and hats. However, if family photography is added, the customer must provide the family’s clothing.
You can take photos of your baby during the session and post them on your social media, but it is preferable to inform the photographer before shooting.
Yes, you can receive instant, unedited photos only if the customer has paid the full amount.
Yes, all images will be sent to your email, edited and unedited.
There are three types of packages available:
No, an additional charge of 300 AUD applies for twin sessions with Lotus or Linaria. For Luna sessions, the additional charge is 500 AUD.

We ensure all props and wardrobes are sanitized after each session. Our staff adheres to strict hygiene protocols, including wearing masks and frequent hand sanitization.
Normally, we select the photos, but sometimes the client prefers to choose them. However, You can tell us which photos are prioritized for editing during shooting, and we can proceed based on your preferences. If they do, we kindly ask for their cooperation in sending the selected photos as quickly as possible.
If the client wants to choose the photos, we request their email and send the photos for selection, but they must pay the full amount before sending the images.
We send the edited photos through WhatsApp 10 days after the session for you to review and check for any issues before printing. For albums, we also send them after 10 days to gather feedback, add baby details, or make cover changes. Once adjustments are made, we share a digital version for final review before printing.
Full payment is required on the day of the session, but we offer installment options for special circumstances. Contact us to discuss flexible payment arrangements.
Sessions generally last about 2 hours.
The length of the session may vary depending on the baby’s cooperation and mood.
The allocated time also accommodates feeding/nursing, changing setups, and soothing the baby back to sleep.
The studio or location maintains a temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius. To stay comfortable, it’s recommended to wear layers.
Please bring a pacifier to the session, as it can be extremely helpful for losing the baby.
Before a baby photo session, it’s best to feed your baby familiar and gentle foods like breastmilk, formula, or smooth purees. Avoid introducing new foods to prevent discomfort. For more tips, check our guide on our blog.
Dress your baby in a single layer of clothing, such as button or zip-up pajamas. Avoid onesies, hats, and socks, as they can leave imprints that might show in the pictures.
Please try to feed your baby about 30 minutes before the session to help prevent fussiness and hunger during the shoot.
We offer a 10% discount if the customer agrees to post their child’s photos on social media. We always ensure that the parents’ permission is obtained before posting anything.
